Fundamentals of Multivariate Analysis Part I. Inference About Means

Abstract

The ideas of multivariate analysis are introduced by first associating them with corresponding concepts of univariate analysis, and then illustrating them with simple numerical examples. A tutorial appendix is included which deals with the properties and operations of matrices which are useful here.
