Abstract

In a previous paper (Cecil & Ogston, 1948) we have described experiments directed to improving and testing the accuracy of the ultracentrifuge, using lactoglobulin as a test substance. We satisfied our- selves that we could measure sedimentation constants correct to 0-5 %.
