Theophylline versus acetaminophen in the treatment of post-dural puncture headache (PDPH).

Abstract

Theophylline is a safe and effective treatment for PDPH. It may be tried in PDPH patients before using any invasive technique. Further investigations studying other Methylxanthines are recommended as well.
