Estimation and Tests of Fit for the Three-Parameter Weibull Distribution

Abstract

SUMMARY Estimation techniques are given for the three-parameter Weibull distribution, with all parameters unknown. Tables are given for the empirical distribution function statistics W 2, U 2 and A 2, for testing for the distribution.
