Abstract

This report presents knowledge collected 14th-18th November 2005 by staff from The Danish Road Institute (DRI) and the Road and Hydraulic Engineering Institute (DWW) in the Netherlands on a scanning tour to Japan in order to obtain the latest experiences with the use and maintenance of porous pavements in Japan as well as new concepts, and ideas in the field of noise abatement.
