In conclusion, CAZ/AVI-based regimens demonstrated superior efficacy in clearing <i>CRPA</i> compared to PMB-based regimens. Furthermore, several factors associated with AKI and mortality in <i>CRPA</i>-infected patients were identified, highlighting the need for further research to optimize treatment strategies.
