These findings suggest that Fasn inhibition may offer a promising therapeutic strategy for hypertension-induced ED by alleviating oxidative stress and suppressing NLRP3 inflammasome-dependent endothelial cell pyroptosis <i>via</i> activation of the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway.
