Liberal or Restrictive Transfusion Strategy in Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Abstract

In patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and anemia, a liberal transfusion strategy did not result in a lower risk of an unfavorable neurologic outcome at 12 months than a restrictive strategy.
