Abstract

In summary, we demonstrated that mVNS can improve CI-AKI through enhanced autophagy and apoptosis inhibition, which depended on plasma exosomal miR-365-3p. Our findings highlight the therapeutic potential of mVNS for CI-AKI in clinical practice. However, further research is needed to determine the optimal stimulation parameters to achieve the best therapeutic effects.
