This research presents a novel configuration for a two-output ultra-high voltage DC-DC converter. The benefits of this converter include minimized voltage stress on power switch and diodes, common ground availability, and heightened efficiency. The integration of a coupled inductor (CI) eliminates the necessity for a high-power switch duty cycle, resulting in reduced conduction losses and increased efficiency. Moreover, the decreased voltage stresses allow for the use of lower-rated semiconductors, leading to cost and volume savings. The propounded converter can be employed in power conversion applications to facilitate immediate utilization of renewable energy. Finally, a practical realization of a 400 W converter with a 50 kHz operational frequency, 20 V input voltage, and load voltages of 260 V and 150 V has been implemented in the laboratory to validate the theoretical propositions.
