RETRACTED: A metaheuristic Multi-Objective optimization of energy and environmental performances of a Waste-to-Energy system based on waste gasification using particle swarm optimization

This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief. Post-publication, an investigation conducted on behalf of the journal by Elsevier's Research Integrity & Publishing Ethics team discovered suspicious changes in authorship after acceptance of this paper. Following acceptance, the authors Xiaotuo Qiao and Jiaxin Ding were added to the paper without exceptional approval by the journal editor, which is contrary to the journal policy on changes to authorship. Elsevier's Research Integrity & Publishing Ethics team reached out to the authors for an explanation, but no response was received. The Editor has determined that the authorship and the findings of the article cannot be relied upon, and has decided to retract the article. The authors have not responded to the retraction notice.
