Abstract

Inhalable RNA Immunotherapy In article number 2400307, Bowen Li and co-workers develop a tumor-tailored lipid nanoparticle system to deliver IL-12 circular RNA for enhanced lung cancer immunotherapy. Inhalation of these engineered nanoparticles can effectively induce immune activation, increase CD8+ T cell infiltration into tumor tissues, and lead to lung tumor regression, offering a promising strategy to improve treatment outcomes of lung cancer.
