In this research, constructed NiCo 2− x Mn x O 4 @Ni-MOF-1 hybrid arrays exhibited a C s / C of 3543.5 F g −1 /2480.4 C g −1 . Additionally, they delivered superior OER activity with an overpotential of 296 mV and a Tafel slope of 131 mV dec −1 at 10 mA cm −2 .
