Abstract

Lumped disturbance and high-frequency measurement noise are important factors affecting the precise guidance of a hypersonic vehicle (HSV). To address this issue, this article proposes an integrated guidance and control (IGC) scheme designed for the dive phase of an HSV. The proposed scheme utilizes a fractional-order error extended state observer (FOEESO) in conjunction with back-stepping active disturbance rejection control (backstepping-ADRC). First, a 3-D IGC model for the HSV is formulated, incorporating uncertainties, external disturbances, and measurement noise. Second, the FOEESO is designed for disturbance estimation and suppression of measurement noise. Compared with the original extended state observer, the FOEESO enhances antinoise capability without compromising estimation performance. Third, the IGC scheme is further developed by backstepping-ADRC based on the estimation results derived from the FOEESO. In addition, the closed-loop stability of the entire system is analyzed. Ultimately, the proposed FOEESO-IGC scheme's effectiveness and antinoise capability are validated through numerical simulations.
