Abstract

Neither targeted lecanemab treatment nor treatment unrestricted by <i>APOE</i> ε4 genotype is cost-effective vs SoC alone for patients with MCI or mild dementia due to AD. Lecanemab would be cost-effective in some settings if priced below $5,100 per year.
