Enfortumab Vedotin and Pembrolizumab in Untreated Advanced Urothelial Cancer

Abstract

Treatment with enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab resulted in significantly better outcomes than chemotherapy in patients with untreated locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma, with a safety profile consistent with that in previous reports.
