Ginsenoside Rb2 demonstrated potential as a therapeutic intervention for HF by enhancing autophagy and reducing apoptosis and oxidative stress through miR-216a-5p downregulation. Further research could explore its application in clinical trials and investigate the complex mechanism networks underlying its effects.
