Abstract

The results emphasize that PIK3CA<sup>mut</sup> can induce immune evasion by recruiting MDSCs through the 5-LOX-dependent AA pathway, and combination targeted therapy with ICB may provide a promising treatment option for refractory advanced LBC patients.
