Neuromorphic Visual Systems In article number 2303584, Ya Lin, Jiangang Ma, Haiyang Xu, and co-workers develop a high-performance photosensor with a tin-doped Ga2O3 film for neuromorphic vision. Pattern recognition with an accuracy of 97.3% is obtained with the neuromorphic vision system based on the Ga2O3:Sn array. The photosensor with ultrahigh responsivity and extremely long response decay time will facilitate developments in artificial intelligence technology.
