Moderate temperature sulfurization and selenization of highly stable metal oxides: an opportunity for chalcogenide perovskites

Abstract

We report the conversion of BaZrO 3 into BaZrS 3 at temperatures below 600 °C, enabled by a thermodynamics-guided redesigned of the sulfurization process.
