Perceptions of the dental education‐wide climate: Analysis of the 2022 ADEA climate study focus groups

Abstract

The first-ever dental education-wide climate study exposes the need to undertake this initiative in academic dentistry. The ongoing challenges unveiled in this study offer an opportunity to identify solutions that are meaningful, inclusive, impactful, and that foster humanistic learning environments for students, faculty, and staff in dental education.
