Abstract

In conclusion, <i>KIF18A</i> can further the activation of <i>PI3K/Akt</i> signaling pathway by means of inhibiting <i>PTEN</i> transcription. Therefore, it is inferred that that <i>KIF18A</i> is a therapeutic target for CRC.
