Efficacy and Tolerability of Second-line Pembrolizumab With Radiation Therapy in Advanced Urothelial Carcinoma

Abstract

The combination of radiation therapy and pembrolizumab can be performed with a clinically acceptable safety profile, and the addition of radiation therapy to immune checkpoint inhibitors may improve survival outcome after pembrolizumab treatment in cases where the intent of radiation therapy is curative.
