<i>ARF1</i>-related disorder: phenotypic and molecular spectrum

Abstract

We confirm the role of <i>ARF1</i> in an autosomal dominant syndrome with a phenotypic spectrum including severe ID, microcephaly, seizures and PVNH due to impaired neuronal migration.
