Agriculture industry experiences a significant loss in crop productivity as a result of unpredictably occurring environmental factors such hailstorms, draughts, fog, and untimely rains. Leaves infections are one of the main causes. Thus, it becomes imperative to identify plant leaf diseases in advance in order to prevent them and reduce crop output loss. A bibliometric analysis of deep learning-based apple leaf disease diagnoses is summarized in the publication. The research concentrates on 139 scientific publications from various periodicals, including journals, articles, and book chapters. Such materials were extracted from the Scopus database after it was searched for keywords relating to the taxonomy of plant diseases and deep learning. The papers are examined between the years of 2017 and 2022. Tools like VOSviewer, an open source programme, were used for the investigation.
