Self-reported visual function and psychosocial impact of visual loss in <i>EYS</i>-associated retinal degeneration in a Portuguese population

Abstract

This study provides strong evidence supporting a correlation between PRO measures and both functional and structural clinician-reported outcomes. The use of MRDQ and MVAQ adds a new dimension to our understanding of EYS-RD and establishes both PRO measures as important disease outcome measures.
