We demonstrated the first tensor-valued diffusion encoding and QTI analysis in the heart in vivo, along with first measurements of myocardial μFA, MKi, MKa, and C<sub>c</sub> . The methodology is technically feasible and provides promising novel biomarkers for myocardial tissue characterization.
