Abstract

ALKBH5 promoted GC development via upregulated JAK1 mRNA expression mediated by LINC00659 in an m<sup>6</sup> A-YTHDF2-dependent manner, and targeting ALKBH5 may be a promising therapeutic method for GC patients.
