Abstract New data on the thermal conductivities of several liquids are presented in this paper. A compilation of these values together with those of previous experimenters yields a large list of liquids the thermal conductivities of which have been determined. This list should be of interest to many engineers and physicists. An analysis of theoretical and empirical equations for predicting thermal conductivities of liquids is included in the paper.
