<i>H. pylori</i>-derived VacA suppressed allergic airway inflammation <i>via</i> induction of Tregs in both allergic airway disease models. These data suggest that the immunomodulatory activity of VacA could potentially be exploited for the prevention and treatment of allergic airway disease.
