Melatonin treatment restored impaired uterine development and endometrial receptivity of adenomyosis mice by improving the endometrial microenvironment via the NF-κB/apoptosis signaling pathway. Our results provided new insight into melatonin-based therapy for adenomyosis-related infertility.
