Abstract

Acidic milieu renders neutrophils more dependent on Ldha activity such that their effector functions are more readily inhibited by small molecule inhibitor of Ldha activity, which offers a therapeutic window for antilactate dehydrogenase treatment in specific targeting of pathogenic neutrophils <i>in vivo</i>.
