ACURATE neo2 versus SAPIEN 3 Ultra for transcatheter aortic valve implantation

Abstract

Short-term outcomes after TAVI using the Neo2 or Ultra THV were excellent and, overall, comparable. However, transvalvular gradients were lower with the Neo2, which translated into higher rates of device success. Rates of mild PVL were significantly lower with the Ultra THV.
