Symptom burden, psychological distress, and symptom management status in hospitalized patients with advanced cancer: a multicenter study in China

Abstract

This study shows that hospitalized patients with advanced cancer had a variety of physical and psychological symptoms but lacked adequate management and suggests that a complete symptom screening and management system is needed to deal with this complex problem.
