Materials and Methods: Two patients with tumors in a solitary kidney were treated with renal cryotherapy. Results: Both patients tolerated renal cryotherapy well with no change in renal function and no postoperative complications. Conclusions: Cryoablation of select renal lesions can be performed safely with minimal loss of renal function.
