Abstract

A stress fracture occurred in a 19-year-old competitive tennis player. Stress fractures are one of the more common problems occurring in vigorous sports. Prevalence, location, and treatment have been well documented, especially in the lower extremity. Stress fractures of the upper extremities are uncommon.
