Aggressive or Moderate Fluid Resuscitation in Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract

In this randomized trial involving patients with acute pancreatitis, early aggressive fluid resuscitation resulted in a higher incidence of fluid overload without improvement in clinical outcomes.
