Greater oral <i>Pg</i> abundance is present in very high-risk patients with previously diagnosed ASCVD, with or without FH, suggesting a potential relationship with CV events. Future studies will assess the predictive value of <i>Pg</i> abundance measurement in ASCVD risk stratification.
