The implementation of the clean air action plan led to a significant reduction in PM<sub>1</sub>, PM<sub>2.5</sub>, PM<sub>10</sub>, and NO<sub>2</sub>, which could slow the decline of cognitive function, while a reduction in O<sub>3</sub> may not.
