Preparedness for practice of newly qualified dental practitioners in the Australian context: an exploratory study

Abstract

Present findings indicate that there appear to be good standards of preparedness for practice for graduate dental professionals. This exploratory study provides insights into the nature of preparedness for Australian dental professionals and provides a basis for targeting education and professional development to address areas of need.
