Abstract

TPZ is as effective as proton pump inhibitor-based triple therapy and is as safe as first-line <i>H. pylori</i> eradication therapy but does not overcome the clarithromycin resistance of <i>H. pylori</i> in Korea (ClinicalTrials.gov identifier NCT03317223).
