Rh‐Catalyzed Amination of Ethereal C^αH Bonds: A Versatile Strategy for the Synthesis of Complex Amines

Abstract

Intramolekulare Rh-katalysierte C-H-Insertionen bei Sulfamaten sind eine wirksame Methode zur Synthese von N,O-Acetalen. Diese fungieren als Vorstufen für Iminium-Ionen und können unter milden Lewis-sauren Bedingungen diastereoselektiv mit Nucleophilen gekuppelt werden (siehe Schema). Die Ergebnisse vergrößern den Anwendungsbereich der katalytischen C-H-Aminierung zum Aufbau strukturell komplexer stickstoffhaltiger Produkte. Tf=Trifluormethansulfonyl.
