Electrophilic Fluorocyclization of Allyl Silanes

Abstract

Frischen Wind in die Verwendung fluorierter Hetero- und Carbocyclen als Pharmaka und Agrochemikalien bringen allgemeine Fluorcyclisierungen. Bei Allylsilanen gelang nun die selektive Fluorierung-Cyclisierung mit N-F-Reagentien zu cis- und trans-substituierten fluorierten Heterocyclen (siehe Schema).
