Abstract

Begehrte Röhren: Mehrwandige Kohlenstoffnanoröhren, die mit Fluoresceinisothiocyanat und Amphotericin B (AmB) funktionalisiert wurden, werden von Säugerzellen schnell internalisiert (siehe Bild), ohne die toxischen Wirkungen zu zeigen, die typisch für Behandlungen mit AmB sind. Zudem wirkt das modifizierte Medikament stärker antimykotisch als natives AmB.
