Two‐Photon Fluorescent Probes for Intracellular Free Zinc Ions in Living Tissue

Abstract

Lebendiges Abbild: Die effizienten Zweiphotonensonden AZn1 und AZn2 reagieren auf die Bindung von Zn2+ mit einer 24- bis 52fachen Fluoreszenzverstärkung. Die Sonden können freie Zn2+-Ionen in lebenden Zellen und Geweben (im Bild Rattenhirngewebe) in 80–150 μm Tiefe selektiv und ohne Interferenzen anderer Metallionen und der membrangebundenen Sonden detektieren.
