Electronic Modulation of a Copper/Zinc Oxide Catalyst by a Heterojunction for Selective Hydrogenation of Carbon Dioxide to Methanol

Abstract

Methanol aus CO2: Für die Hydrierung von Kohlendioxid wurde eine deutliche Steigerung der Methanolselektivität beobachtet, wenn die Reaktion durch die Heterokontaktstruktur Cu/stabförmiges ZnO/CdSe katalysiert wurde. Diffusionsreflexions-, Photolumineszenz- und EPR-Spektroskopie zeigten eine deutliche Zunahme der Elektronendichte nach Einbau von CdSe in die Kern-Schale-Morphologie von Cu/stabförmigem ZnO (siehe Bild).
