Abstract

Alles unter Kontrolle: Eine stabilisierende elektrostatische Fluor-Wechselwirkung wurde genutzt, um die Konformation des Oxonium-Ions in 2-Fluorpyranosederivaten zu steuern. Zusammen mit den induktiven Eigenschaften der Schutzgruppen erwiesen sich die Glycosyldonoren als hoch selektiv (2-FGluc/Benzyl → β; 2-FManno/Pivaloyl → α) und ergaben Fluorglycostrukturen mit ausgezeichneter Kontrolle über die anomere Konfiguration.
