DMF als Anschalter: Eine lumineszierende Lanthanoid-organische Gerüstverbindung spricht schnell und stark auf N,N-Dimethylformamid(DMF)-Dampf an. Das selektive Anschalten der Fluoreszenz wird vor allem durch DMF-Ligand-Wechselwirkungen ausgelöst; außerdem werden löschende Wassermoleküle aus der Koordinationssphäre des Metalls verdrängt.
