Synthesis and Self-Assembly of Monodisperse Indium Nanoparticles Prepared from the Organometallic Precursor [In(η5-C5H5)]

Abstract

Die spontane Zersetzung von [In(η5-C5H5)] in Gegenwart von Poly(vinylpyrrolidon) oder Trioctylphosphanoxid (TOPO) lieferte monodisperse Indium-Nanopartikel mit einem mittleren Durchmesser von 5–6 nm. Im Fall von TOPO findet eine Selbstorganisation der Nanopartikel in zwei- und dreidimensionalen Übergittern statt (siehe Bild).
