Abstract

The nucleotide sequences that flank the DR-4 sequence in the promoter for ABCG1 LXRE-1 are shown incorrectly in Fig. 5 B (see below for the two corrected panels,A and B, of the five-panel Fig. 5). The correct sequence (ggtaTGGTCAggcaAGTTCAtgtc) was included under “Experimental Procedures” and was used in the EMSAs. Thus, the results of the EMSAs are unaffected.
